3420 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 3420 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3420 platform (including the website, mobile application, and related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to discontinue use of the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the 3420 platform. They apply to all users accessing the platform from Malaysia or from any other location where use of such a platform is permitted under applicable local law.
You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. 3420 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of services on 3420, you must register and create an account. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or inaccurate information at the time of registration may result in the suspension or closure of your account without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Ensuring that all activity carried out under your account is either performed by you personally or has been expressly authorised by you.
- Notifying the 3420 platform immediately via the support email if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Updating your personal information when changes occur, particularly details related to your payment method and bank account.
3420 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account, provided the platform has taken reasonable security measures on our end.
3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
All 3420 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules and guidelines set out herein. Use of the platform is for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or illegal activity under Malaysian law.
- Creating more than one account per individual. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from management.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another person, or using someone else's account without authorisation.
- Exploiting any technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or odds display errors to gain an unauthorised advantage.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the 3420 platform to other users or the general public.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in the actions set out in the account policy section of this document.
4. Payments, MYR Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the 3420 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details you register are accurate and belong to you. The platform does not accept deposits or withdrawal requests via third-party accounts.
Important information regarding transactions:
- Deposit: All successfully processed deposits are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical error acknowledged by the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed to a registered Malaysian bank account held in the same name as the platform account holder. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the operating hours of the relevant banking institution.
- Payment Methods: The 3420 platform supports local Malaysian payment methods including FPX and approved e-wallets. The use of certain payment methods may be subject to additional limits as indicated during the transaction process.
- Bonuses and Promotions: Any bonus or promotional credit applied to your account is subject to separate rollover requirements and terms of use. The specific limits and conditions for each promotion are as stated in the respective promotion's terms.
3420 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction that appears suspicious or potentially fraudulent while conducting the necessary internal review.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
Liability Limits
3420 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, unless such losses are directly caused by the platform's gross negligence or fraud. In any event, the platform's maximum total liability to any user is limited to the active account balance at the time the claim arises.
The platform makes no guarantee that its services will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or secure against all cyber threats. We will endeavour to restore any service disruption within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, trademarks, software, and related materials found on the 3420 platform are the exclusive property of the platform or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written consent from the platform.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
The 3420 platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these terms and conditions or any related platform policies.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
- Information provided during registration or verification is found to be false or inaccurate.
- Multiple account usage by the same individual or members of the same household.
In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Users whose accounts are closed for technical reasons or at their own request are entitled to withdraw their remaining balance in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

3420 may contain references or links to third-party services such as game software providers, payment processors, and sports content providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that party's terms.
Changes to These Terms
3420 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or registered email. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 3420 platform or these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
